Yolthmar joined IRM in 2010 and has over 15 years of progressive experience in reinsurance operations, underwriting support, and complex claims adjudication. She began as an Administrative Assistant, managing reinsurer registrations and renewals across Latin America, then advanced to Reinsurance Administration Associate, supporting treaty documentation and risk file coordination.

As Senior Claim Examiner – Life, Yolthmar oversees the evaluation and adjudication of individual and group life, accidental death, and disability claims across Latin America, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant claim decisions in line with policy provisions and reinsurance agreements.
