Jaclyn Palmeiro

Jaclyn Palmeiro is a Senior Case Management Coordinator with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. She joined the team in October 2021 and has a diverse background in clinical coordination, hospital operations, and international patient services.

In her current role, Jaclyn manages complex medical cases for international members, working closely with healthcare providers and clients to review medical information, coordinate care, and provide recommendations throughout the treatment process. She facilitates communication between providers and insurers while supporting efficient, cost-effective care and ensuring members receive timely access to appropriate treatment.

Prior to joining the organization, Jaclyn gained extensive leadership experience in healthcare operations and spent more than a decade coordinating care for international patients within hospital settings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and is fluent in both English and Spanish, supporting members throughout the Caribbean region.
