Rosa Martínez

Rosa Martinez is an experienced medical case management professional with a strong background in international health insurance and overseas care coordination.

Since July 2025, she has been working at IRM as an Overseas Case Manager Coordinator / Utilization Controller, where she coordinates complex medical cases, conducts benefits verification, manages pre- authorizations, and facilitates overseas treatment arrangements for insured members.

Before joining IRM, Rosa built strong experience working at an international private medical insurance company as well as a major hospital in South Florida. In these roles, she further strengthened her skills in medical case management, provider coordination, and member support within the international medical insurance field.
